Every home we sell, no matter whether it is an acreage, an executive home or a 2-bedroom unit requires some thought around the following to ensure your home can achieve the best price. These are all the things that we and you can control before launching your home online.

Stage 2 is the launch phase, this is the stage where we put your home on a pedestal and place it in front of as many Qualified buyers, in the fastest possible time frame. We leave nothing to chance here. The old adage, “Leave no stone unturned” is exactly how we launch your home.

We will conduct open homes and private inspections to allow buyers to view your home. On-going SMS, emails, and phone calls to all new inquiries. Follow up of all open home and private inspection attendees. Some of these buyers will proceed to the next step and make an offer. We use state-of-the-art software, that enables us to manage all offers.

You accept an offer and sign a contract with a buyer on your home. The building and pest inspection is conducted and maybe a valuation for the buyer’s finance. The contract becomes unconditional and a sold sticker is placed on the signboard. You now know that your home will proceed to settlement. Finally, settlement day arrives. Settlement funds are deposited into your account and we hand the keys over to the new owners.
